If you have not had a consultation with us before, please select “First Consultation”. This can be either in person or video/phone (Telehealth).  

If you have a Medicare referral from your GP you can also select the “First Consultation” and outline in your booking notes that you have a referral for Medicare rebates. You will need to email us this paperwork or bring it with you at your consultation for us to process your rebate.
