If they plan to attend separate sessions based on different schedules, than each member of the family wishing to attend separate sessions will need to purchase another 12-week program specifically for them.
Your feedback is important to us. We seek to resolve your concerns quickly and effectively. You agree to raise any concerns, problems or issues you may have concerning the 12-week program to us directly in person or via phone or email. We agree to resolve these quickly and in the most appropriate manner.

Private Health Insurance
Some private health insurers may cover part of the cost of the weight loss program. This is dependent on your policy and is at the discretion of the insurer. In this instance only, you may be refunded the difference in cost between a first consultation and the weight loss program.
