We take a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to nutrition with the goal of teaching you how to nourish your body long term. No quick fixes or restriction.

Our goal is to work with you to build your nutrition knowledge, understand how to translate that knowledge into your everyday life and build skills in making confident food choices, listening to your body, cooking, shopping, food prep, and more.

We are passionate about providing a health-first approach.

Our team can support you with a range of health conditions and we focus our efforts on using diet and lifestyle to help manage and treat these conditions so that you can improve your health and wellbeing long term. We see weight loss as a potential side effect of healthy changes, rather than the end goal.

We do this through helping you build healthy habits into your life with realistic and sustainable nutrition advice that suits your lifestyle and food preferences. We prefer NOT to recommend the use of VLCDs, keto or other restrictive diets because we do not believe that they provide a long term, sustainable solution for people’s health.
