Early Career Dietitian
Hi, I’m Boronia! I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through balanced, sustainable nutrition. I’ve always loved food and the way it brings people together, and I truly believe that nourishing our bodies should be both enjoyable and stress-free.
Navigating health and nutrition can feel overwhelming, especially with the flood of conflicting information online. That’s where I come in.
My approach is all about balance—no quick fixes, no rigid rules, just practical and realistic strategies tailored to your lifestyle. I focus on long-term, sustainable changes that help you build a positive relationship with food.
My goal is to empower you with knowledge and confidence, so you can make informed choices that support your health. Whether you’re looking to improve your energy levels, manage a health condition, or simply feel more in control of your nutrition, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I know firsthand how important it is to feel supported on your health journey. At 15, I was diagnosed with lymphoblastic lymphoma, and during that time, I saw just how powerful nutrition could be in supporting recovery and overall well-being. That experience, along with the incredible support I received from health professionals, inspired me to become a dietitian.
I want my clients to feel the same sense of trust, encouragement, and care that made a difference in my own journey.
This is a judgment-free space where you are heard and supported. Together, we’ll build a lifestyle that works for you—because nutrition should fit into your life, not the other way around.

Q&A with Boronia!
What’s your favourite food?
Honestly, I’ve never tried a food that I haven’t liked! I love trying new flavours and experimenting in the kitchen. But if I had to pick, I’d say peanut butter—especially super crunchy ones like Mayver’s. I put it on everything—chocolate, dates, rice cakes, or straight off the spoon. Even when I was backpacking through Europe, I always had a jar with me!
What’s your favourite cooking method?
I’m a big fan of the air fryer! It’s quick and easy, and you can make almost anything in it—from crispy potatoes to perfectly cooked fish.
Why did you become a dietitian?
My love for food started at home—my mum always cooked delicious, nourishing meals, and that passion for good food stuck with me. Then, after my own health challenges, I developed a deep appreciation for the role of nutrition in healing and well-being. I want to give back by helping my clients feel confident and stress-free when making food choices, supporting them the way I was supported.
