The Healthy Eating Clinic reception is staffed between 8:45am and 5:15pm Monday through Thursday. If your appointment is outside of these hours, we have taken a few steps to ensure the after-hours consultations run smoothly.
Arrival:
Face to Face Clients – When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable on one of the chairs provided on Level 3, your practitioner will greet you. Please note: Our lights are on a timer and may turn off automatically, but please rest assured that we are here and your practitioner will meet you. If you’re having difficulty finding our building, please call the Stellar Canberra reception team on (02) 6283 7340.
Telehealth Clients – Please join your video consultation at the time of your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. Please ensure you have refreshed your page before the consultation.
If there are any technical issues, your practitioner will call you directly from a private number. Please ensure call blocking is turned off.
Payments and rebates:
Your invoice will be sent on the day of your consultation.
- Payment for consultations is required on the date of service.
- Any Medicare rebates will be processed after your appointment during staffed reception hours, once payment has been received.
- Receipts for private health claims will be sent once payments are received.

Rebooking:
Your practitioner will help to organise your next appointment or prompt our Customer Service team to follow up the following day.
