Early Career Dietitian
Hi there, I’m Isabelle! As a newly graduated dietitian, I’m excited to apply my knowledge and skills to support my clients and help them achieve their health goals.
I love connecting with people and supporting them in finding a way of eating that works for them.
Nutrition isn’t about strict rules or one-size-fits-all advice—it’s about making food a positive part of life, fuelling what matters most to us and enabling us to enjoy the things we love.
As I start my journey in private practice dietetics, I feel like a kid in a candy shop—eager to learn and excited to help! My experiences working towards a healthy relationship with food have driven me to support others in doing the same. I provide evidence-based, individualised advice that makes nutrition simple, realistic, and sustainable.
I also enjoy helping people navigate the overwhelming amount of nutrition information. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, and I find it rewarding to break it down into clear, easy-to-understand guidance that empowers individuals to make choices that work for them.
Healthy eating looks different for everyone. That’s why I take the time to understand each person’s unique situation—who they are, their lifestyle, and what support they need.
My approach is all about collaboration, creating realistic strategies, and making sure food fits into life in a way that feels good.
Most importantly, I want people to feel comfortable and supported when working with me. I strive to create a welcoming space where individuals feel heard, understood, and confident in their journey toward better health.

Q&A with Isabelle!
What’s your favourite food?
It might be a bit of a hot take, but I can’t get enough of hard-boiled eggs. It’s my go-to snack when I’m feeling peckish. Sure, it can clear a room with its smell, but it gives me just the boost I need to power through the day!
A close second is a dish I enjoy making at home we call ‘pork-mince.’ It’s a simple Thai basil and chili stir-fry with pork mince and a fried egg on top. It’s quick, easy, and budget-friendly!
What’s your favourite cooking method?
Any kind of stir fry is my kind of meal. I can throw in any type of meat, lots of veggies, a simple sauce, and then whack the rice cooker on…meal is ready in 5!
Why did you become a dietitian?
In high school, food tech was my favourite subject. I loved the cooking, but even more, I loved learning about food systems and how we interact with food. My teacher used to say, “You’ll end up in this field, I just know it,” and back then, I didn’t believe it—but here we are.
After graduating from school in 2019, I had big plans for a gap year full of travel… then COVID hit. Stuck at home, I turned to cooking and fitness, baking, trying new recipes, and working out in front of the TV. It ended up being the start of my journey to heal my relationship with food and sparked my curiosity about how it impacts our health. That’s when I decided to study Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong. Now, I love sharing what I’ve learned and helping people build their confidence around food, making healthier choices that work for them in everyday life.
