Early Career Dietitian
Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident, informed, and supported in their nutrition journey. I provide evidence-based, personalised nutrition care with a strong focus on practical strategies that fit into real life.
I love working one-on-one with clients to untangle confusing nutrition information and turn it into clear, achievable steps that feel sustainable.
My approach is weight-neutral, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe nutrition should enhance your life, not take it over. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating changes in appetite, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, I’m here to provide realistic and individualised care.
I have over two years of experience working across community and residential aged care settings, supporting clients with complex health needs, chronic disease management, malnutrition, and healthy ageing. I’m particularly passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Most importantly, I strive to create a warm and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable asking questions and working towards your goals at your own pace.

Q&A with Lucy!
What’s your favourite food?
Anything Italian! Fresh woodfired bread with olive oil, stracciatella, cured meats and marinated vegetables, followed by handmade pasta. I love food that’s simple, flavourful and meant to be enjoyed slowly with good company.
What’s your favourite cooking method?
Recently, I’ve been using the air fryer a lot. It’s quick, practical, and makes it easy to put together balanced meals during a busy week.
Why did you become a dietitian?
As a teenager, I worked with dietitians while managing an autoimmune condition. I remember how supported and empowered I felt during that time, and it completely changed the way I saw food and health. From then on, I knew I wanted to become a dietitian and help others the way I was helped. I understand firsthand how overwhelming nutrition advice can feel when you’re dealing with health challenges, and I’m passionate about being a steady, supportive voice for my clients, especially those navigating chronic conditions or complex health needs.
