I have worked with adults and young people (over 16) from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress and complex trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, psychosis and substance use.

Q&A with Rachael!

What’s your favourite food?

Similar to the length of a piece of string, my love of food is endless. However, being a Coeliac, I have had to make some tough adjustments to what I can and cannot eat over the years. My search for the perfect gluten free naan continues…

What’s your favourite cooking method?

Using the slow cooker. Minimum effort for maximum aroma and flavour!

Why did you become a psychologist?

I’m a naturally curious and open-minded person and have probably been drawn to understanding why people think, feel and act in the ways that they do from a young age. The decision to become a psychologist most likely began as a way to better understand myself and navigate the world, which over time, has shifted into a career focused on helping others to help themselves.
