TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following applies to all packages:

There is no time limit to use your appointments. Your package will never expire.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable.

Packages can be used by one person only and cannot be shared.

Packages can be used for both face-to-face and video consultations.

As we’ve heavily discounted the packages, there are penalties if you late reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment. You’ll have to forfeit it from your package.

Your private health insurer may cover some of the cost of your package. We can provide you with an invoice outlining the dates of your appointment upon completion of your package which you can submit to your private health insurer.

Please check with your health fund prior to purchasing to discuss whether pre-paid packages are covered with your insurance. This is at the discretion of the insurer and out of our control.

Medicare rebates cannot be used with consultation packages.
