We do this through helping you build healthy habits into your life with realistic and sustainable nutrition advice that suits your lifestyle and food preferences. We prefer NOT to recommend the use of VLCDs, keto or other restrictive diets because we do not believe that they provide a long term, sustainable solution for people’s health.
